Setting up a business in the UAE is simple, efficient and hassle-free thanks to a number of government initiatives and incentives. The country is luring and encouraging entrepreneurs with offers such as Golden visas, zero income tax and 100 per cent ownership with no minimum capital requirements. The UAE has become a top global destination for businesses focusing on innovation, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship, as well as for attracting foreign investments, which led to an improvement in its rankings on international indicators related to business and investment attractiveness.

On the real estate front, UAE real estate developer, RAK Properties has announced the launch of the NB Collection, an ultra-luxury development comprising 11 beachfront villas on the highly sought-after Hayat Island on Mina Al Arab. Each four-bedroom villa in the NB Collection spans 6,500 square feet across three levels, designed to meet the increasing demand for ultra-luxury properties from ultra-high-net-worth individuals relocating to the emirate.

In addition, the Trump Organisation has partnered with Dar Global to develop a $500 million resort complex in Oman. The Trump International Resort, Golf Club & Residences, set to open in December 2028, will be part of the AIDA project, one of the world’s largest premium mixed-use real estate developments. The 140-key luxury hotel complex, situated on a 100-meter-high hilltop overlooking the beach, will feature an 18-hole championship golf course, exclusive hanging suites with private pools, and the Middle East’s first cliff-hanging nightclub.

In other news, the UAE will see a spectrum of weather conditions this week, including extreme heat, rain, fog, humidity and winds of up to 40kmph blowing dust, according to the National Centre of Meteorology. NCM forecasters have pointed towards the chance of rain at  the weekend and seasonal humidity in the UAE throughout the week. While the weekend is the likeliest time for rain in the UAE, it could also see fog and mist formation as well as moderate winds blowing dust, said the National Centre of Meteorology.

Aside from this, Dubai Summer Surprises will return with sales, competitions, events and promotions from June 28 to September 1. Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), DSS will deliver 65 days of events, shopping experiences, bargains, special offers and things to do this year.
