Dubai-based property developer Binghatti has announced plans to reveal its latest residential project, One by Binghatti. The exclusive launch event will take place on May 27, 2024 at the Bvlgari Yacht Club in Jumeirah Beach. One by Binghatti will be located in Dubai’s popular Business Bay neighbourhood with access to Downtown Dubai. It will offer views across the water to landmarks including the Burj Khalifa.

In addition, OMNIYAT, set a new record with the sale of a penthouse for AED139 million ($37.8 million) at The Lana Residences, Dorchester Collection, Dubai in the Burj Khalifa district. The sale of the four-bedroom penthouse marks the most expensive property in the area. The Lana, managed by Dorchester Collection with architecture by Foster + Partners and interiors by Gilles & Boissier, opened in April 2024. It overlooks Marasi Marina between Burj Khalifa District and Dubai Design District.

In other major news, the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) has reaffirmed that Saadiyat Cultural District, along with its cultural institutions, is on track for completion in 2025. Saadiyat Cultural District is a global platform, emanating from a rich cultural heritage, celebrating traditions, and advancing equitable culture.

Meanwhile, Dar Tantora The House Hotel is now open in Saudi Arabia, located in the heart of AlUla‘s Old Town. The 30-room boutique eco-community is the world’s first property built entirely using traditional earth construction techniques and materials.

Aside from this, Qatar Executive (QE), the corporate jet subsidiary of Qatar Airways Group, has officially welcomed the delivery of two new Gulfstream G700 aircraft to the fleet, becoming the worldwide exclusive commercial operator of the aircraft. Qatar Executive is the first carrier to offer the Gulfstream G700 to charter customers, continuing to provide an ultra-modern fleet with the ultimate in aircraft capabilities, luxury and performance.
