In another major development, Aldar and Expo City Dubai have formed a 50:50 joint venture to develop a major mixed-use project. The development will feature six buildings with residential, office, and retail units, forming a core element of Expo City Dubai's new master plan. The site is strategically located near Al Maktoum International Airport and the Dubai Exhibition Centre.

In addition, the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre has unveiled a comprehensive plan to increase foreign direct investments in the emirate's property market. The initiative aims to boost investor confidence by promoting Abu Dhabi's diverse real estate opportunities and infrastructure. The market is experiencing significant growth, driven by increased transparency and investment inflows.

Aside from this, K9 Jets, founded by Adam Golder, offers a unique private jet service for pets and their owners. For just under $10,000, wealthy pet owners can fly with their animals to destinations such as London, Milan, and New York. The service was created in response to demand from pet owners seeking to share jet costs for transatlantic flights with their pets.
