Ras Al Khaimah’s property market is currently attracting strong investor interest, according to industry experts. Due to this, there is a ‘high demand’ for Ras Al Khaimah properties from Dubai locals, expats and also investors from Russia, CIS countries, these experts revealed.

Meanwhile, the UAE is expected to see rain and strong winds again early next week, according to official weather forecasts. The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) has anticipated a change in weather conditions as a deepening upper-air trough brings scattered showers and strong winds starting this Sunday.

In addition, InsuranceMarket.ae CEO spoke to Arabian Business about the company’s marketing campaign across the UAE in response to a viral Instagram video showcasing its ads across Dubai.

In other news, the diabetes drug Ozempic, and similar GLP-1 agonist medicines like Mounjaro and Wegovy, have become a craze among celebrities desperate to shed pounds quickly. In Saudi Arabia, NEOM has announced Treyam, a premier resort positioned where the desert meets the sea. The luxury resort follows in a long line of NEOM projects, and with a 450m rooftop infinity pool, Treyam is one of the most striking revealed thus far.
