Dubai International Airport ranked highest for the most lounge visits in the Middle East in every month of Q4 2023, while Abu Dhabi is projected to see a surge in airport lounge visits this December when it hosts the last F1 Grand Prix of the year amidst the rise of sports and event-based tourism around the world, research revealed.

On the real estate front, Dubai property investors are awaiting opportunities as new community announcements are set to see further expansion. As off-plan sales continue to dominate the market, Dubai is poised to witness the emergence of three new master communities in 2024, marking a significant phase of expansion for the emirate’s real estate sector, according to D&B Properties.

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) called on motorists to avoid driving while feeling exhausted or drowsy, especially during the holy month of Ramadan, when the attentiveness of some motorists drops due to the change in eating and sleeping habits.

Aside from this, in a rare interview with Arabian Business, celebrated magician Drummond Money-Coutts, or DMC as he’s known on stage, discussed his journey bringing magic and wonder to the UAE.

Meanwhile in Saudi Arabia, Diriyah Company has announced the concept design for “The Arena in Diriyah”, near Riyadh. The arena “aspires to become the Middle East’s premier venue destination serving as a tourism hallmark, drawing visitors from across the globe and completely transforming the region’s events landscape”.
