Here's what you missed yesterday:

Dubai’s culinary revolution has captured the attention of both locals and global travellers, according to a recent report by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). However, the question arises among many: is fine dining truly worth the hype and the price tag?

Arabian Business also covered the billionaire card by Insignia, which offers bespoke services to highly selective clients and call themselves ‘the ultimate wish granters’.

Aside from this, we also covered the repercussions following the FTX collapse, which sent shockwaves throughout the cryptocurrency industry, exposing vulnerabilities that undermined user trust and investor confidence on a global level. Experts say the aftermath provides an opportunity to build a more robust, regulated framework and reboot the sector’s prospects.

On the real estate front, Dubai hospitality brand Rove and real estate platform IRTH have partnered to launch new residential projects in the city, the first of which will be located in Marasi Drive, Business Bay. Rove Home will span across three zones and offer a mix of fully furnished studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments.

Earlier this week, the UAE government issued guidance encouraging flexible work arrangements until weather conditions improved. This smart policy aimed to balance work responsibilities with personal safety and well-being and also helped organisations prepare for potential weather-related disruptions. However, when it comes to productivity, remote work has both benefits and challenges according to experts.
