The UAE Cabinet meeting approved landmark health insurance expansion, policies to boost industrial growth, labour rights, and digital well-being in an Abu Dhabi meeting on Tuesday. Here’s everything you need to know.

On the real estate front, Dubai Hills, Dubai Creek, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT) and Dubai Marina, offering a wide range of facilities for leisure, shopping and closeness to high-ranked educational institutions, are rated as the top four residential areas for families with children in the city, a new market study revealed.

Meanwhile, LuLu Group International, which runs one of the largest supermarket chains in the Middle East, has hired investment banks for its planned initial public offering in Abu Dhabi, according to a new report.

Aside from this, UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a law regulating rehabilitation and correctional centres in Abu Dhabi, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi.

In other news, Dubai is welcoming visitors to the city with a special Ramadan passport stamp in travel documents. The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai announced that it has launched two initiatives aimed at extending a warm welcome to visitors arriving through the city’s air and land ports during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
