DAMAC Properties has announced the launch of Phase Two of LAGOON Views within the vibrant and strategically-located DAMAC LAGOONS development. Following a record sell-out of phase one, the latest release aims to cater to the growing demand for comfortable and modern living in a serene waterfront setting.

Meanwhile, UAE residents are planning ahead for extended Eid Al Adha holidays, according to Skyscanner. The global travel marketplace has revealed the top trends and insights among UAE travellers ahead of the holiday.

In other news, Dubai’s AI campus has been officially inaugurated and is expected to play a key role in the city’s digital transformation. As Dubai looks towards a $27bn digital economy boost, the AI hub will attract 500 companies and create more than 3,000 jobs by 2028.

Dubai’s RTA has also announced a new 13.5 km track tailored for bicycles, scooters, and pedestrians. This new track, which links Al Sufouh to Dubai Hills via Hessa Street, features two architecturally innovative bridges crossing over Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road.

On the aviation front, Saudi Arabia’s aviation sector contributes $53bn to the Kingdom’s economy, according to an upcoming report. The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has confirmed that the aviation sector plays a vital role in supporting economic growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It says the civil aviation sector contributed $53bn to the Kingdom’s economy, including $20.8bn through aviation activities and $32.2bn in the tourism sector, providing 241,000 jobs in the civil aviation sector and about 717,000 other jobs in the tourism sector.
