Dubai’s real estate market continues to thrive, positioning itself as a prime destination for investors seeking diversification and high returns. According to Bas Kooijman, CEO and Asset Manager of DHF Capital S.A., recent data reveals that investment in Dubai’s real estate market reached a staggering $100 billion in 2023, with a predicted growth rate of 5 percent in 2024.

In addition, Dubai is set to achieve a new global mark, complementing its rising global status as an emerging business hub and real estate investment hotspot, with the rollout of a series of city-wide public art projects and landmark installations, aimed at propelling the cityscape to further international fame, while helping citizens to re-connect with their roots.

In another major development in the region, Marjan signed an agreement with Range Developments for three luxury residential projects in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Moreover, the country is looking to develop a national culture of savings, with rewards on payments a little as AED100 ($27). The Group Chief Executive Officer of  National Bonds unveiled a three-pronged strategy on Monday to drive a nationwide savings surge in 2024.

In Kuwait, the State has denied a Government app has been hacked and urged people in the country to continue using the Sahel application and official government websites. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) has stated that news of a hacking breach on their online databases affecting both citizens and residents are not true.
