In other news, Dubai Municipality has completed the development of the UAE’s longest mountain trails in Hatta. The project features 21 cycling routes covering 53 kilometres, 17 walking trails spanning 33 kilometres, 9 wooden bridges and 14 rest stops and service facilities. The Hatta Mountain Trails are part of Dubai Municipality’s efforts to establish Hatta as a tourist destination in the region.

Aside from this, Pizza Hut has announced it will accept TikTok content as payment for food in the UAE. Cheesy videos have never been so cheesy as TikTok users can swap content for carbs and get a cutting edge slice of social media stardom at the same time. The international chain introduced the new way for customers to pay for it’s customisable, My Box, with the “Pay With Your Trend” promotion.

Meanwhile, earlier this year, the UAE Cabinet issued Resolution No. 27 of 2024, detailing public holidays for both public and private sectors in 2025. The resolution was published in the official gazette after reviewing relevant federal laws and previous cabinet resolutions. That said, here are the upcoming holiday dates for UAE residents in 2025.

On the transport front, the UAE is home to two of the world’s most luxurious airlines – Emirates Airline and Etihad Airways. Both carriers have stellar reputations for luxury, innovation, and service excellence, particularly in their business class offerings.
