BuyAnyCar has introduced the UAE’s first license plate valuation tool, which has generated significant public interest, founder and CEO Saygin Yalcin told Arabian Business. “We didn’t expect 50,000 people to do it per day,” German entrepreneur Yalcin said.

Delivery Hero SE plans to take Talabat public with an initial public offering (IPO) on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM). The IPO will include 15 percent of Talabat Holding’s shares, amounting to 3.49 billion shares, with a nominal value of AED0.04 each.

Meanwhile, Nakheel has unveiled The Beach Collection, a set of exclusive villas within Palm Jebel Ali. The development includes 10 bespoke villa styles across prime beachfront locations, offering substantial space and privacy.

In Saudi Arabia, Diriyah Company has launched Raffles Residences Diriyah, its first residential project in partnership with Raffles Hotels and Resorts. The project offers 90 residences, including apartments, townhouses, and larger duplexes.

Aside from this, NEOM has named top international firms to oversee the planning, design, and engineering for the initial phase of THE LINE. The partners—Delugan Meissl Associate Architects (DMAA), Gensler, and Mott MacDonald—will provide urban and infrastructure expertise to shape the city’s development.

Until next time, Sharon Benjamin for Arabian Business
