We want to hear from you Last week, the Virginia Supreme Court added nine options to its list of acceptable fonts (PDF). Previously, only Arial, Courier or Verdana were allowed. Now, you can “go crazy with Tahoma or Times New Roman!” tweeted Lee Berlik, a Reston, Virginia, lawyer. So this week, we’d like to ask you. What fonts do you use in briefs and other professional correspondence? Are your brief options limited by your own jurisdiction? What are your favorite fonts and why? Answer in the comments. Read the answers to last week’s question: What reasons have your clients given you for not paying bills on time? Featured answer: Posted by TexasAtty: “I had a trust baby client who said he couldn’t pay because his father wouldn’t let him.” |
