Today a judge in New Orleans agreed that the challenge to state laws needs to be heard in Baton Rouge. She also wouldn't extend an order temporarily setting aside the prohibition.
Real police officers in Baton Rouge have picked up a man and accused him of being a fake cop. Things started going down last night at Circle K on Perkins Road, where a deputy happened to be parked when a bloodied man walked up to him.
