Hey Friend,

Maybe you’ve already got your big goals for 2025 figured out and down on paper (if you attended my Guided Vision Planning session yesterday, you have a massive head start).

Or maybe you’re still planning out what you want to accomplish this year.

Either way, there’s something I want to encourage you to do:

Take a look at those goals of yours…

... and MAKE THEM BIGGER!

For example, whether your business averages $120,000 per year…

Or $1,000,000 per year…

It might be tempting to set a goal for a 40% increase ($168,000 or $1.4M respectively).

After all, that’s “pretty good growth”.

BUT...

That type of goal doesn’t shift your thinking.

It’s barely a stretch from what you were doing before.

Sure 40% is nice…

But it’s unlikely to significantly change your life.

Remember…

What got you here won’t get you there

And doing more of the same things — but just “more of them” — will only stretch your resources and stress your mind.

Bigger goal setting, whether you set a BHAG (big hairy audacious goals) or 10X your goals...

… requires you to THINK differently.

Last week a client and I discussed raising his 2025 goals from $5 million to $10 million.

And it created a completely different conversation...

About WHO to hire...

About HOW to generate the new business...

And about WHAT the team had to look like in order to deliver this service.

So think about it...

What if you doubled or tripled your business?

Would your business “break”... if so, where? If yes, how do we fix that? Who do we need? How do we need to start acting differently now to prepare for it?

If you’re going to think about growth, why not think BIGGER!

Over to you...

Think bigger today...

You gotta grow your goals to grow your business.

Craig
