End of an era at KATC

Happy Friday, Acadiana business news readers. Let's get right to the headlines.

Today will be the appearances for longtime anchors Jim Hummel and Marcelle Fontenot on KATC.

Each announced Sunday that this would be their last week manning the news desk for the 5 p.m, 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. news programs, and tonight’s appearance will end a run of over 10 years working together.
