A Message From the Editor

Has the "new normal" become just, well, "normal"? According to our first item today, lawyers have become increasingly accepting of their firm's return-to-office policies. It seems the gradual and light touch approaches may have paid off. Also, it took just three days for a Philadelphia judge to reject a challenge to a $12 million verdict after briefs were submitted arguing the award was excessive.
