Accounting by principals and agents has been a hot topic for years and stakeholders remain unsure about when to apply GRAP 109 on Accounting by Principals and Agents. The Board agreed that a combination of actions by various role-players is necessary to resolve the issues raised in the recently completed post-implementation review.
