ACDIS publishes CDI leadership position paper

ACDIS published a new position paper on Thursday, May 18, titled “Developing effective CDI leadership: a matter of effort and attitude.” The white paper not only addresses those in formal leadership positions within their CDI departments, but also leadership principals for average CDI specialists conducting day-to-day record reviews. The ACDIS Advisory Board devoted the May 18 Quarterly Conference Call to discussion of the new paper and leadership as a whole.
