Acer's various CES 2025 offerings include several obvious Apple competitors: the Aspire AIO (all-in-one) desktop series and the Revo Box AI mini PC. All of the new machines are Copilot+ PCs, and include two different AIO desktops: the Aspire C series (with AMD Ryzen AI 9), and the Aspire S series (with Intel Core Ultra 7). With a sleek white exterior, the Aspire S series is designed to be super slim and minimalist. The C series comes in black, has a larger camera on top, and also sports a stylish appearance. Soundcore, the speaker and headphone offshoot brand of Anker, has unveiled the Rave 3S, a big and powerful party speaker that uses AI to strip away the vocals of any song so karaoke lovers can take to the mic and belt it out themselves, Digital Trends reported. The machine comes with two wireless microphones and can also handle an additional wired microphone or even a guitar through a single 3/4-inch input. NBC-owned Peacock is reported to be developing a movie reboot of the NBC series Grimm, a popular drama show that ran from 2011 through 2017 and combined elements of a fantasy series with a police procedural. Plot details are being kept under wraps, according to a Deadline report, but it appears that Drop Dead Diva creator Josh Berman is writing the reboot and producing alongside the original series' creative team of David Greenwalt, Jim Kouf, Sean Hayes, and Todd Milliner. The movie will apparently have ties to the Grimm series for "die-hard fans" and also introduce new characters and mythology. If the movie becomes a success, it could launch a franchise ... |

But it's also a real product that's set to hit store shelves this year. The 10.95-inch WQXGA touchscreen display has a 2,560 x 1,600 resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and 500 nits of peak brightness.
