Arneg’s patented Hot & Cold technology is the result of constant research into innovative solutions and is the only system on today’s market capable of combining hot and cold displays in the same cabinet without the need for heating elements in the hot food section. Hot & Cold technology recovers thermal energy from the high pressure side of the transcritical CO2 cycle and uses it to heat products in the upper section of the display to a core temperature of 65°C or above.
