How are applications being evaluated?
| For the past three years, Fast Company‘s Next Big Things in Tech Awards have celebrated technological breakthroughs that are changing the way we work and live. Each application undergoes a thorough review by our editorial team, who deliberate among themselves to decide which achievements are worthy of being named to the final list. Applications are judged based on 4 key areas of methodology:
Relevancy - What pressing problem does the technology solve? Ingenuity - How novel is the technology? Progress and Potential - In what ways has the technology already proven itself? Is it positioned for long-term viability and scalability? Impact - What kind of impact—from economic to cultural—might the technology have over the next five years? If your project can answer these questions, you have a great chance of being named to next year's list! If you have any questions about the application, the judging criteria, or anything else, please don't hesitate to respond to this message. Our team is standing by ready to help. |
