A Message From the Editor

The Pennsylvania legal community was shocked to learn that longtime federal Judge Gene Pratter passed away. The well-respected jurist was known as an active figure on the bench, who managed a busy docket, including overseeing the emerging Ozempic MDL. We have a remembrance in our first story today. Also, we have a look at whether Pennsylvania's cannabis practices may get a jolt from the news about the DEA looking to reschedule marijuana.
