I'm Jean-Baptiste, CEO of AcyMailing.
As you know, the whole team is obsessed with continually improving the services we offer.
As part of this, we've been working on the licensing system to make it more modern and scalable. We will be bringing this new system online on 4 July 2023.
Will this change anything for you? Absolutely nothing.
However, in order to implement the new system, we will be shutting down acymailing.com from 9am to 12pm CET on 4th July. Some disruption is to be expected for the rest of the day.
Important: During this period, short interruptions of the cron service are to be expected.
Our support service will of course be on standby to resolve any problems you may encounter.
What's next?
For V5 users, this migration unfortunately heralds the end of support for this version. But don't worry, it won't happen immediately! Our team will continue to support you until 31 January 2024. Until then, we invite you to migrate to the latest version of AcyMailing.
By the way, we would be delighted if you can send us some feedback on the reasons why you already haven’t switch to new versions.
