We have a friend in the neighborhood who is a fabulous baker. From time to time, she tests recipes for us.
Not long ago, I gave her a stock of cinnamon chips and asked her to test them in recipes.
She made cinnamon chip stuffed French test. It was wonderful, and she shared it with her family.
Then she made frosted oatmeal cookies with cinnamon chips. They may have been the best oatmeal cookies I've ever tasted. I've got the recipe. We'll make them into a mix.
