Greetings from Toowoomba where this week I am visiting the annual Toowoomba Royal Show. I have been coming along and participating in the show now for a decade and it’s wonderful to return each year and not only see familiar faces but see young faces again and how they are growing into their lives. I think you’re pretty much aware of what my position is when it comes to the real community value of our show circuit and just how priceless it is to the relationship between town and country and producer and consumer when you start looking into our food system and the relationship we have with it.
