The events of the last week have made it abundantly clear: Donald Trump poses a real and immediate threat to the safety and security of our nation and the American people.

He is unfit to lead, and so long as he retains any degree of power, American democracy is at risk.

This week, House Democrats formally introduced an article of impeachment against Trump, charging him with "incitement of insurrection."

A vote to impeach Donald Trump is now expected tomorrow, if Vice President Mike Pence does not invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from power by then.

The entire Oregon Democratic Delegation has voiced their support for impeachment, recognizing that every moment Trump remains as president poses a grave threat to our democracy.

Trump must be held accountable. Add your name if you agree that Trump should be removed from power, either by the 25th Amendment or by impeachment.
