Arun is an international lawyer and board director. He was formerly a partner and Global Head of International Commercial Law for KPMGLegal and headed an International Business Group for KPMG Europe. Prior to KPMG he was a corporate finance partner at Masons (now Pinsent Masons) in the City of London and Hong Kong focusing on both the developed and emerging markets.
Arun was appointed an OBE by Her Majesty the Queen for services to exports and international investment.
