The Ravens are the reigning AFC North champions, and they've got the most star power with Lamar Jackson coming off a historic, MVP-winning season. But they aren't the team Fantasy players should be most interested in for 2020. In fact, they may not be in the top three.
The top of the list is, obviously, the Steelers, a perennial powerhouse who you could count on for elite Fantasy production every season -- until 2019. Ben Roethlisberger injured his elbow and the team's fortunes went down the drain; it didn't help that James Conner and JuJu Smith-Schuster dealt with nagging injuries of their own. With Roethlisberger back, the upside returns along with him, but the risk isn't gone by any means. We still don't know if Roethlsiberger or Conner can stand up to a full season at this point, nor whether Smith-Schuster can live up to the billing as a true No. 1.
Then you have the Browns, who had another big offseason and come back from a disastrous 2019 reloaded and hoping to make up for lost time. With new coach Kevin Stefanski around, can this be the elite offense we hoped for? And, in Cincinnati, the Bengals added No. 1 pick Joe Burrow to an unusually solid core of weapons, which could lead to a significant step forward for the Bengals as well.
Yes, the Ravens are the kings of the North for now, but Fantasy players will need to get to know each and every one of these rosters. Our previews for each team will help.
