Dear John Do,
The coming days will be all about artificial intelligence - from the EU AI Act to the AI Festival and the AI Summit on September 2, when experts and users come together  in Hamburg's Chamber of Commerce to advance AI. Hamburg News spoke to Andy Witt, Professor of Information Systems at the Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA), about blind faith in AI, the fascination with the technology and whether it is becoming the new normal.

In other news, the Wirtschaftswoche has selected six top medium-sized companies in Hamburg, the tourism industry presents its latest figures and the stage is set for Hamburg to become a global hub of the energy transition this autumn.
