Clifford Chance, Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Grandway Law Offices, and Han Kun Law Offices are advising Chinese electric vehicle maker Leapmotor on its planned $800 million IPO in Hong Kong, with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Jingtian & Gongcheng advising the joint sponsors.
