U.S. law firm Sterlington hires Withers' global aviation head U.S. law firm Sterlington has hired prominent aviation lawyer Paul Jebely as partner and international vice-chair. Jebely, who is based in Hong Kong, joins from Withers where he was the global head of aviation.
