The Hellenic Club of Canberra is seeking to have the ACT Supreme Court judge a $1.2 million fine against it as invalid. Steve Evans reports the club's lawyers have argued the territory's highest court should decide whether the Gambling and Racing Commission had the legal power to penalise the club in the way it did.
