A sleek, contemporary mansion in L.A.’s Encino neighborhood now has its third celebrity owner. Pop superstar Meghan Trainor has paid Anton Zaslavski—aka DJ Zedd—just over $17 million for a 15,000-square-foot home that was previously owned by Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner. The six-bedroom residence has a total of 12 bathrooms, along with a wellness retreat, a recording studio, a swimming pool, a putting green, an outdoor kitchen, an authentic British-style pub, and a state-of-the-art home theater. And on the North Fork of Long Island, a brand new residence squirreled away on 4.2 acres in a woodland setting was designed to provide a casual and relaxed coastal and viticultural lifestyle in an elegant envelope of classic architecture. Antique elements such as 19th-century mahogany doors and fireplaces add a sense of patina to the five-bedroom home that is complemented by a detached garage and an open-air poolside cabana with a pantry kitchen and pool bath.
