Incidents were highest in countries experiencing protracted conflicts, including Afghanistan, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Nigeria, South Sudan, Palestine, and Yemen. The coalition notes that its report likely undercounts the amount of violent incidents against healthcare facilities and workers. |
