We can't be the only ones who desperately need a drink right now (it's never too early in a quarantine), and for once, that just might be a good thing. In an effort to offshoot the massive losses faced by bars and restaurants during the coronavirus shutdown, the state has suspended some pretty strict liquor laws in order to allow New York bars and restaurants to sell beer, wine, and most importantly, cocktails (!!!) to-go. Sure, we technically have to order some food with the booze, but if that means getting drunk, supporting our favorite small businesses, and eating a delicious meal we didn't have to pretend to enjoy cooking ourselves, well, cheers to that!
