Charcuterie Class

This class, led by Head Chef Nick Cox, will go into the elements that comprise a show-stopping charcuterie board and hands-on instruction on how to make your own! Includes charcuterie to enjoy (or take home), one glass of wine, and a take-home charcuterie reference sheet. Join us!

Spring Barrel Weekend in Prosser

Spring Barrel weekend includes a special tasting of our reserve level Desert Wind wine label - Sandstorm "Zephyr" red blend both Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy BBQ and the debut of cocktails at Desert Wind - including a special Rosé Spritz - all available for purchase throughout the weekend. About the music: - Join us Saturday afternoon from 12-5pm on the patio for Prosser native DJ ZLuck spinning lively hits all day!
