Easter Sunday Brunch

Charcuterie Class
Friday, April 15 | 5:30 pm
This class, led by Head Chef Nick Cox, will go into the elements that comprise a show-stopping charcuterie board and hands-on instruction on how to make your own! Includes charcuterie to enjoy (or take home), one glass of wine, and a take-home charcuterie reference sheet. Join us!

Price: $30 per person/$25 for wine club members

Spring Barrel Weekend in Prosser
Saturday and Sunday, April 23 & 24

Spring Barrel weekend includes a special tasting of our reserve level Desert Wind wine label - Sandstorm "Zephyr" red blend both Saturday and Sunday. Enjoy BBQ and the debut of cocktails at Desert Wind - including a special Rosé Spritz - all available for purchase throughout the weekend.

About the music:

  • Join us Saturday afternoon from 12-5pm on the patio for Prosser native DJ ZLuck spinning lively hits all day!
  • Join us Sunday afternoon from 2-5pm on the patio and enjoy the Ellensburg rock ‘n’ roll band Chuck Boom!

$15 for the public, complimentary for wine club members
