Good afternoon, It's very much a case of battening down the hatches across Lancashire today. The Met Office has issued amber and yellow weather warnings for wind and snow across the county due to Storm Eunice. Lancashire is divided by two warnings, with north Lancashire, Cumbria and Burnley within the yellow warning for wind and snow, while Preston, Blackburn, Blackpool and the Fylde coast are covered by the more severe amber wind warning. Residents are being told to expect travel disruption, power cuts, damage to buildings and flying debris which could result in a 'danger to life'. Below, we've wrapped up all you need to know. Stay safe, Adam adam.lord@jpimedia.co.uk | |
