JUSTICE DELAYED: It was almost a half century ago that Jennifer Brush, then a college student, was raped in her Uptown New Orleans apartment. The police investigation soon grew cold, and decades later Hurricane Katrina’s flooding washed away much of what remained of the stored evidence. But this week in Criminal District Court, Brush's accused assailant is standing trial.
