Already accused in sexual assault cold case, N.J. man faces more charges

David Lee Avis, 59, of Egg Harbor City, who was arrested last week, already faced sexual assault charges stemming from a 1996 cold case in Brigantine. At his detention hearing Wednesday, prosecutors announced he now faces additional charges related to a 2003 incident in Galloway.
