Altamonte Springs Scorpions Join League
A new look is coming for the reigning Florida League champions. The Altamonte Springs Boom, who took home the Whiting Cup in last year's playoffs, will undergo a complete overhaul under the guidance of new ownership.
Bob Rikeman, who recently purchased the Scorpions travel ball program, will bring a new logo, color scheme and name to Altamonte Springs beginning in 2017.
High School Division Summer Tryouts
The Florida League High School Division will be hosting tryouts for the 2017 summer at Sanford Memorial Stadium on January 14 & 15. Open to the classes of 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Click here to register!
