When I first talked to my patient Roger, it was over the phone.
Reason being, he was confined to his house.
He just didn’t have the energy to make it into my office without feeling exhausted.
Even walking to the mailbox was a struggle. By the time he checked his mail, he was already winded and out of breath, as if he just ran a few miles.
He’d gone to other doctors for help, but the best they could do for him was write a prescription and tell him to come back when he needed a refill.
Then he came to see me in my office. The first thing we did was my 12-minute program. In a few short weeks, he went from “can’t walk” to “can’t stop walking.”
Now Roger is able to check his mailbox no problem. He can even walk the first 9 holes at his club without getting winded.
Six months ago, this would have been impossible for Roger.
Thanks to a 12-minute program, he’s not confined to his house anymore.
What makes this so fast and effective?
