A Financial Finesse report found that 57% of employees in financial wellness programs in 2018 felt they were prepared for retirement, compared with 21% in 2013. Average retirement plan contribution rates during that time period increased from 6.3% to 9.4%, and average health savings account contributions rose 41%.
