Internet phenom Gonzalo Lira was forced to flee Ukraine on a motorcycle, heading for the Hungary border to seek political asylum from the tyrannical Zelensky regime. Imprisoned for the last few months under "speech crimes" laws in Ukraine (i.e. the regime didn't like his YouTube videos), Mr. Lira was tortured in prison, beaten and threatened with being killed if he didn't transfer funds to the "authorities" running the prison.

So he jumped on his motorcycle and fled for the border. His plight reminds us that we are all living under authoritarian regimes that are capable of stealing our assets, destroying our liberty and incarcerating us for activities that are supposed to be protected under "democracies."
