This weekend, meet the skydiving chef at San Antonio's Nonna Osteria. This daredevil chef treats us to exquisite homemade Italian food and his signature dish, Gnocchi with Eggplant Mousse. Then, journey to Ellen’s in Dallas where the motto is “Grits Rule!”. Lucky for us, they gave Goodtaste the recipe for their famous Cheddar Cheese Grits with spicy Cajun shrimp. Lastly, we visit Robard’s Steakhouse in The Woodlands.
