The Do This Sell More Show Good morning John, Sometimes it takes me a while to get things right. I can be a little stubborn. I'm also busy so I have to justify a return on investment from my time. I've had two opportunities to use a podcast as a marketing tool in the past. Both times I stuck with the idea for about one year and I didn't see results. Maybe it was because I was an early adopter and people weren't listing to podcast yet. Maybe the content wasn't compelling enough. Maybe I was just doing it wrong. It was probably all three. Well, as stubborn as I am I also don't give-up on things that have proven successful for others. About 15 weeks ago I started a new podcast show but this time I combined it with my daily YouTube show. The results have been outstanding. I now have a waiting list of guest to interview and I have spoken with an eclectic combination of people who deliver OUTSTANDING revenue generation advice to me and my audience. YouTube was the missing ingredient. While 200-300 people watch the entire 20 minute interview in the first few days of upload, the interviews have legs and they are evergreen - meaning the content is valuable for many people for a long time. But that's not the best part. The people who watch the interviews tell me the advice given has transformed their business. The interview format brings out the best in my guest and they deliver amazingly powerful information to you - the viewer.
