Following the latest updated government guidance, we will be temporarily closing our stores in England.

Our stores will be closed from Thursday 5th November. This will be for a period of four weeks, and then we will decide what happens next based on the latest advice from UK government.

We are continuing to navigate this situation together and would like to once again thank all our teams for their dedication and continued support of our stores, our customers and our communities.

As always, we are committed to serving you on hm.com. In order to make your shopping experience as worry-free as possible, we are currently offering free standard delivery to all H&M Members, you can choose between home or designated pick-up point. We also offer free and flexible returns for all online orders.

Where our stores are closed, we have extended our in-store returns policy; customers can return purchases from 28 days once the local restrictions are eased.

We also have an extended returns policy over the festive period. Purchases made between 1st November and 3rd January, can be returned until 31st January 2021.
