An incredible year

Hi John,

As we approach the end of 2018, have you taken a moment to look back on your year? You may have had a fantastic year, or maybe it was more challenging. Whatever the case, I think most of us can look back with gratitude for God’s many blessings throughout the year.

I’d like to share with you some of the blessings that EWTN has seen in 2018, if I may.

Because of faithful, and generous supporters, EWTN:

And most recently, EWTN prevailed in it's lawsuit against the U.S. government over what has become known as the "HHS Contraception Mandate". Almost seven years and two presidential administrations later, the government and the courts have now realized what EWTN has been saying all along, that the HHS Mandate was an unconstitutional attempt to coerce us into violating our strongly held beliefs. This is the right outcome for EWTN and for all those who value religious liberty in America.

God has been good to us, and we give Him thanks for these and many other accomplishments and honors. It is because of Him that we can celebrate them.

But we recognize that you are God’s instrument in accomplishing these things. As a friend and supporter of EWTN, you deserve thanks for making them happen.

So thank you, John, for allowing us to share the Eternal Word, Jesus Christ, with so many last year.
