Now that he's settled into a new home in Dallas, a grandson of oil billionaire Marvin Davis is selling his Austin home for $27 million. The 9,300-square-foot mansion offers six bedrooms and seven baths, plus a lakefront location with a two-story boathouse and about 115 feet of shoreline frontage. And back in California, tech entrepreneur Jason Fried has paid a discounted $13 million for late architect Harry Gesner’s Malibu "Sandcastle."
