Checking in 🐐❤️

We know everyone is feeling pretty uneasy this week, and rightly so. We are feeling it too. First and foremost, we hope this email finds you and your loved ones well during these incredibly trying times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our community here in Sonoma County, California is close to the San Francisco Bay Area and therefore affected along with thousands of others around the globe. As a dairy manufacturer, we are considered a critical and essential part of the food supply chain and are therefore continuing regular and even increased production under California’s Shelter in Place ordinance. Rest assured that we have taken extensive precautions to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and consumers. Please also note that the virus does not affect the goats or their milk in any way. To read more about our efforts, click here

During this challenging time, we want to do our part to keep everyone's spirits high. So, we're sending calm vibes and (hopefully) a little emotional relief in the best way we know how: Cute goat pics! Plus, we have some exciting news to share about our favorite goat gal, Twilight. Enjoy, and wishing you and your family good health.

Welcome, Little Ones!

Kidding season has finally begun at Redwood Hill Farm. This little gal with the all-white coat and pink ears and nose is Baby Zu. She is the latest kid born into the Farm's "Z" lineage of Saanen goats, and she's just 1 week old! Zu spends her time cuddling with friends, jumping off (small) stumps, and getting pets from us adoring humans.

A Sweet Frolick in the Sourgrass

We brought Zu and her friend to the orchard for a little fun in the early Spring sun. In true kid fashion, after running, jumping, and exploring, the rambunctious kids climbed into our laps for a cuddle and some well-deserved rest.

Twilight's Expecting!

No, that's not Spring-grass belly, our sweet Twilight is going to be a mama! She's due early April and we can't wait to welcome her kids to the herd. Stay tuned each Tuesday on Instagram or Facebook to follow the adventures of sweet & sassy Twilight.
