We are aware of the issues that providers are experiencing on the new provider portal. While some providers are able to use the new portal as expected, there are others who have not had a smooth experience. At the moment we are working hard to make key improvements and are continuing to use provider feedback. Thank you for those who have worked with us. Recent improvements We have made some recent improvements to ensure that providers can log in to the portal, including the ability for nominated individuals to delegate access to others in their organisation so they can complete notifications.
